How it works and examples
Use decimal points and at most 30 digits on each side. The modes compute A% of B, A as a percentage of B, or change from A to B using (B−A)/abs(A)×100. Example: 20% of 150 is 30. Ratio rejects B=0; change rejects A=0. Results use 12 significant digits.
