How it works and examples
Encoding produces lowercase hexadecimal UTF-8 bytes. Decoding accepts ASCII whitespace between complete byte pairs and requires valid UTF-8. Example: Caffè becomes 43616666c3a8. This converts text, not uploaded binary files.
