How it works & limits
Shows scheme, hostname, ASCII IDNA hostname, effective port, path, query and fragment. Default ports are 80 and 443.
Credentials, raw whitespace/control characters and scoped IPv6 addresses are rejected. Path/query text remains encoded.
This inspects syntax; it does not check DNS, reachability or trustworthiness.
